Shipping Policy

At smartgadgetshub, we offer free standard shipping on all home product orders within the United States – no minimum order value required. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery times, and related details for all orders placed through our website.

1. Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Free standard shipping applies to all orders shipped to physical addresses within the 50 United States (excluding PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses).
  • All product types (excluding custom-made items) qualify for free shipping.
  • No promo code is required – free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We partner with leading US shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for all deliveries. Delivery times are based on your shipping address and are estimated business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays).

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or US federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped – you can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

  • We only ship to physical street addresses within the United States (PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and international addresses are not currently supported).
  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including street number, city, state, ZIP code, and phone number).
  • Invalid or incomplete addresses may cause shipping delays or undeliverable packages – smartgadgetshub is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

5. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

You may request a shipping address change or order cancellation only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a change/cancellation, contact us immediately at info@smartgadgetshub.shop with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order – please refer to our Return Policy for options if you need to return the item upon delivery.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is marked as undeliverable by the carrier (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed), it will be returned to our warehouse (19105 Agnew Avenue, Cottonwood, California 96022). We will contact you at the email address provided to resolve the issue – you may request a reshipment (at no additional cost) to a correct address or a full refund.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

smartgadgetshub is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier (as indicated by the tracking number). If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

For lost packages (not marked as delivered), contact us at info@smartgadgetshub.shop – we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Shipping for Large/Bulky Home Products

Large or bulky home products (e.g., furniture, large decor items) are eligible for free curbside delivery. Delivery times for these items may be 1-2 business days longer than standard delivery – we will notify you of any extended delivery times in your order confirmation.
