At smartgadgetshub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home product purchases. We offer a 30-day free return policy for all items shipped within the United States, with no restocking fees and free return shipping covered by the merchant.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • All home products (excluding custom-made items) are eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Include the following information in your return request:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s) and quantity to return
  • Reason for return (optional)

We will respond within 2 business days with a free pre-paid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are 100% covered by smartgadgetshub. You will not be charged any fees for returning your items.

Please ship the item(s) using the pre-paid label we provide – returns sent without our official label will not be processed.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will initiate your refund.
  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing times vary by payment provider (3-7 business days for credit/debit cards, 1-2 business days for PayPal).

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized home products are not eligible for returns, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@smartgadgetshub.shop with photos of the damage/defect. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you, or process a full refund – your choice.
